POLICIES
1. CHECK-IN: Please present a valid ID at check-in. These documents will be returned upon departure.
The visitors can check-in between 3:00 PM.- 12:00 AM.
2. DEPARTURE/CHECKOUT: Check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Please inform reception if you wish to extend your stay. Please Note: Extensions are subject to availability.
If the suite is available, the normal tariff will be charged.
If the guest fails to check out on time, management reserves the right to vacate the suite and belongings.
3. GUEST BELONGINGS: Guests are kindly requested to lock their suites when leaving. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the suite to store any valuables.
The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel suite or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
4. PETS: Pets are allowed inside the hotel premises. Subjected to individual pet assessment
5. OUTSIDE FOOD: No outside drinks allowed inside the hotel premises
6. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
7. PARKING: Obrigado by Craftels has a spacious parking facility. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.
8. CANCELLATION & REFUND:
Cancellation 30 days before guest arrival – 90% Refund
Cancellation within 30 days of guest arrival – No Refund
9. AMENDMENT POLICY : Amendment/ reschedule will be treated as cancellation.
Any refund will take at least 7 days to process
